There is a small concession stand on the east side of the bottle, you need to get in the stand and search for a white ice machine. The ice machine is located in the northeast corner of the stand. Jangles would wear a spacesuit and sit directly across from the ice machine. Next, you need to press the "take" button, which means that the side quest is completed.
