Animal Crossing New Horizons: Need Bigger Places? Your Home And Shop Will Need An Upgrade

So far, ACNH has been providing players with regular updates, and has introduced a lot of events and new content. With the increasing number of items, developers have also realized that players need more space to place their items, so ACNH's winter update adds storage space to the game.

This is very necessary, because new bugs, fish and other collectibles also need more space. It is also very considerate for developers to notice this detail. They will increase the home storage by 50%, and the original limit of 1600 slots is now 2400 slots, but this will cost you 500,000 Bells.

At present, apart from the increase in storage space, the size of stores and homes has not changed.

Currently, the size of New Horizons' homes and stores is still exactly the same as when Animal Crossing was first launched. Here is a list of current layout sizes and upgrade prices:

Your first home: After unlocking 5,000 Nook Miles tasks, you will get a 6*6 house, which will give you 80 storage slots.

2nd home upgrade: If you want to upgrade your house, you need to pay off the loan first. Then you can upgrade your house by speaking with Tom Nook. After the upgrade, you will get an 8*8 house with 120 slots. This upgrade will cost you 198,000 Bells.

Back room upgrade: After paying off the loan, you can add a back room to your home. This is an additional 6*6 room with a maximum storage space of 240 slots, which will cost you 348,000 Bells.

Left room upgrade: This is still a 6*6 room. Its maximum storage is 360 slots, which will cost you 548,000 Bells.

Right room upgrade: The last 6*6 room, the maximum storage is 400 slots, which will cost you 758,000 Bells.

Second-floor upgrade: This is a 10*10 upstairs space, the maximum storage is 800 slots, you need to spend 1248000 Bells.

Basement upgrade: This is a 10*10 underground space, the maximum storage is 1600 slots, until you complete the new storage expansion, the final maximum storage room is 2400 slots. This will cost you 2,498,000 Bells.

Nook's Cranny: 7*4 from the outside

Museum: 7*4 from the outside

Camp Site: 4*5 long

Able and Sisters: 5*5 from the outside

Villager homes: 4*5 from the outside

If stores like Able and Sister and Nook's Cranny can be upgraded, this is pretty great, because once they are upgraded, you can buy more items. ACNH's islands are not very big, so you need to use every part of the space reasonably. Adding more space allows you to show off your decorations, although it will also cost you a lot of ACNH Bells. But if you need, you can choose to buy Animal Crossing Bells on MMOAH at a low price, because we have a large inventory and stable suppliers, so after you ordered, you can receive your items in a short time. And now when you buy ACNH Bells on MMOAH, you can enjoy a 60% discount. For such cost-effective ACNH Bells, don't you really consider buying it right away?
