According to the announcement on SWTOR.com for the public, news came that the next update 5.10.3 Dantooine Incursion will be released on Tuesday May 28th as planed, which is going to be limited for time, while a rotational method is allowed to be available such as the Rakghoul Resurgence and Relics of the Gree.

Every character at level 20 can be allowed to visit Dantooine and participate in the campaign, if you are higher level like 70 up and have completed the Ossus storyline, more unique scenes and line will be found during the exploration.
