Bethesda Recalled 20,000 Mold-Affected Power Armor Helmets

To not make it worse, Bethesda decided to recall 20,000 Fallout 76 Power Armor Helmets due to mold exposure, it is an episode of Fallout 76, if you happen to wear such a helmet, take it off quickly.

The helmets are not from Fallout 76 Power Armor Edition, but are instead of a different line of helmets sold exclusively by GameStop.
